Amid a series of layoffs across sectors, the E-commerce company is expecting to create around 40,000 jobs with the recently launched fulfilment centre in Telangana.
Sprawling across 9 lakh square feet, the new centre is India's largest facility for Flipkart. Servicing the facility would require investing in human resources as a consequence.
With an increasing customer base for e-commerce products in south India and other parts of the country, the centre is likely to create jobs in supply chain, logistics and operations. Call centre and delivery executives are other roles that the company would likely hire for, in the near future.
