Capt. Yogesh Gaur Appointed As Head of Human Resources At ArcelorMittal Nippon Steel India, Hazira, Surat, Gujarat

In his previous role as Senior Vice President of Human Resources at J M Baxi Group, he led the HR function for the port, infra, logistics, and agency businesses. He has spent over 20 years of experience in HR strategy and operations, industrial relations, performance management, and talent development across various sectors, including metal and mining, manufacturing, and defence.

Capt. Yogesh started his career as a commissioned officer in the Indian Armed Forces as an infantry officer in the Garhwal Rifles, where he honed his leadership, team-building, and crisis management skills in counter-insurgency operations as well as peace station. After completing his postgraduate certificate in business management from Narsee Monjee Institute of Management Studies, he joined the corporate sector and worked with Indofil Chemical Company and a decade in Vedanta Resources in India and Overseas.
