ACME Group has named Atma Godara as Vice President, Head of People & Culture. In this pivotal role, Godara will oversee the development and implementation of the company's HR strategy, organisational culture, and talent development initiatives.
Prior to joining ACME, he held a key position at Netflix as HRBP, Head HR - Production. His extensive career also includes leading digital transformation efforts at OYO, managing business partnerships and Total Rewards at GreyOrange, business partnering at Reliance Industries Limited (RIL), overseeing Change Management at BHEL, and working in Software Engineering at Samsung.
Over the years, he has accumulated a wealth of experience across various roles in both Indian and global markets. He has been instrumental in driving organisational transformation, scaling startups by tenfold, and establishing core frameworks in Total Rewards, HR Technology, and Inclusion & Diversity.

Godara holds degrees from Punjab Engineering College, Chandigarh, and Tata Institute of Social Sciences, Mumbai.
