Amanda Rajkumar, Global HR Director Of Adidas Steps Down
Amanda Rajkumar joined Adidas as the global HR Director in 2021 and was the only female executive on the board. She will step down from the executive board after deciding not to extend her executive board mandate beyond 31 December 2023.
Rajkumar joined the Adidas AG board as the labour director accountable for global human resources, people, and culture. She led the organisation to obtain top positions in employer rankings around the world. She was also responsible for transitioning the company and fostering a culture of inclusion under her leadership.
The German sportswear brand onboarded Rajkumar as the sole female in the senior leadership team. She has been an advocate of improving diversity in roles within the organisation.
Michelle Robertson, Senior Vice President for workplaces and global functions at Adidas will take responsibility for Rajkumar’s role on an interim basis.
