The study employed a mixed-method approach, combining quantitative surveys with qualitative interviews to gather comprehensive insights into the demand for skilled workforce migrants analysing a sample size 100k blue workers enrolled with Huntr. The demand for skilled blue-collar workers from India has surged by an impressive 25% over the past year alone.
