Prem Kumar, Senior Director HR & Head HR India, APAC at Cambium Networks, stressed the need of embracing technology to improve learning outcomes. "We need to embrace technology not only in our products but also in how we develop our people," he told. Kumar explained how Cambium Networks leverages technology to create tailored learning experiences, allowing employees to remain competitive in a tech-driven world.

Ritu Rakhra, Head of Human Resources at Broadridge Financial Services India, emphasised the necessity of building an atmosphere that encourages and rewards learning. "At Broadridge, we believe in creating an environment where learning is encouraged and celebrated," she mentioned. Employees who are engaged are more inclined to seek out chances for continual learning, which promotes organisational progress.
Xoriant's CHRO, Krupa NS, emphasised the need of aligning learning and development activities with the company's strategic goals during a discussion about strategic learning initiatives. "Our focus is on creating a sustainable learning ecosystem that supports both personal and professional growth," she said. Krupa stressed the necessity of a methodical approach to education that is in accordance with long-term business goals.
