Tredence's chief human resources officer, Soma Pandey, stated that the company expects to add approximately 1,500 new employees by 2024, as reported by MoneyControl.

Tredence is now in the process of hiring Generative AI (GenAI) specialists with varying levels of competence and putting them through a training programme for client projects.
