Tata Chemicals CHRO Rackanchath Nanda Retires
Tata Chemicals' Chief Human Resource Officer R. Nanda has retired after an illustrious career in the HR domain.
His rich experience spans across varied sectors ranging from manufacturing, trading, retail, consumer durables, FMCG, and telecom services. He started his career with the Murugappa Group in Chennai and served the group in multiple capacities.
A postgraduate in HR, Nanda has worked with major companies like Amara Raja Group and the Dubai-based Landmark Group prior to joining Tata Group in 2006.
Nanda joined the Tata group with his first role being at Tata Communications (formerly known as VSNL). He moved to Tata Chemicals in May 2012 and oversaw the global functions of human resources and administration, business ethics and communications.
