Rishi Gaind To Be Head HR Of RIL-Disney JV

Rishi Gaind has been appointed as the Head of Human Resources at the RIL-Disney Joint Venture. Gaind has been leading the HR function at Disney Star since 2019. Before that, he held the position of Executive Vice President - Human Resources at Star India from 2002 until 2019.

As the head of HR, he will be responsible for talent management, leadership development, DE&I and employee engagement. 

He began his career in HR as a Senior Officer at Grindwell Norton, and later moved to the role of Human Resources Manager at Computer Associates India Ltd. Gaind is a graduate of Symbiosis International University.
