Kumar has now been appointed as the CPO of Page Industries, where he will be responsible for driving sustainable People Practices that will impact organisational culture, leading to innovative business outcomes. 

Prior to this, he was associated with Roche Diabetes Care.There he was responsible for People & Culture Business Partnering at the IMEA Cluster of the Roche Diabetes Care Global Commercial Organization, spanning multiple continents, as well as a very diverse workforce based in some of the world's fastest-growing emerging markets. Role combined direct as well as above country responsibilities, while strongly connected to the broader organizations in the countries under the OneRoche umbrella.
