Nykaa Restructures Its Senior Management Team
Beauty and wellness brand Nykaa has opted to restructure its senior-level management team.
The company has appointed Rajeshwari Srinivasan as the new Chief Executive Officer (CEO) for its retail business,
Srinivasan is an experienced leader with 30+ years of illustrious experience and was previously working with FABINDIA as its CEO. During the course of her career, she has worked with leading companies like the TATA Group as a Tata Administrative Services ( TAS) officer.
She worked with and led businesses & verticals for several TATA companies including Rallis India, Tata Tea ( now Tata Consumer Products ), Indian Hotels ( Taj Hotels ) & Titan Company Ltd across diverse sectors and portfolios of FMCG & Lifestyle products & Services, Hospitality & Luxury goods.
Her specialisation includes P&L responsibility and business transformation among other functional and management expertise.
A Chevening UK Scholar, she has been associated with the Craft Sustainability industry for over 2 decades and is a global associate of the World Fair Trade Organisation ( WFTO)
Nykaa has also appointed Rishi Vasudev as the CEO of its fashion and lifestyle arm, Nykaa Fashion. Vasudevan comes on board with his expertise in scaling D2C brands.
The overhauling of the senior management team was due after some of the senior executives had left the company earlier this year.
