Noventiq, an IT firm headquartered in the UK, has unveiled plans to ramp up its workforce by approximately 500 employees in the current fiscal year. With a current staff count of around 3000 professionals across the country, the company aims to bolster its data and artificial intelligence (AI) capabilities in India, targeting a total of 3500 employees by the end of this fiscal period.
Vinod Nair, President of Noventiq India, underscored the company's strategic focus on enhancing expertise in data and AI technologies. "We are augmenting our workforce in these two domains by 50 percent," Nair remarked, reaffirming Noventiq's commitment to expanding its team and strengthening its technological prowess.
As part of its expansion strategy, Noventiq has inaugurated a new office in Bengaluru, set to serve as a pivotal hub for local and international projects. Initially accommodating 100 employees, the office is slated to achieve full operational capacity within the next three months, further enhancing customer operations and IT support services.
Herve Tessler, CEO of Noventiq, expressed pride in the company's growth trajectory in India, emphasizing the country's significance as Noventiq's "geographic Center of Gravity." Tessler underscored the pivotal role of India operations in the company's global strategy, acknowledging India's potential to spearhead global economic growth by 2028.
