1- If not in the current profession you would be?

Aspirationally, a salsa dancer. Capability wise - a couch potato. 

2- One book to read when you want to motivate yourselves?

Andre Agassi - Open 

3- What is the best advice you have received from your boss?

Always look for people who get a little stressed, they care about doing a good job.  

4- What’s your fitness mantra?

Swim or jog in the morning (while listening to a podcast), eat nuts for lunch, meditation/yoga on the weekend. 

Avoid processed sugar like the plague.

Do some weight lifting, using your kids as weights, whenever you get a chance ;) 

5- If your life was to be turned into a movie who would you like to play your part?

Keanu Reeves or Chirsitian Bale - they come across as humble and super hard workers.    

6- One habit you abide by?

Always be optimistic!   

7- Luck or Hard Work, what do you think weighs more in defining a successful person?

Hard work, as a 6th time entrepreneur I don't think the god of luck looks at me too favorably. 

8- One best decision you ever made?

I didn't argue with my co founders over what equity distribution is fair 

9- What do you resort to during a decision-making dilemma?

I ask myself whats the worst that could happen - and if it doesn't sound too bad, i go with what my gut says.

10- What has been your biggest achievement?

Earning the love and respect of people around me (professional and personal)

11- One experience that has changed your life forever?

College, it taught me to question everything, believe in myself, AND think deeply to discover the true solution. This is the toolkit that has enabled me to confidently approach all of my endeavors.     

12- Who is your go-to person in every situation and why?

Google, because google knows all
