Winning Stroke: Interview with Mr. Rohit Dhingra, Co-Founder & CEO of TAGG Digital.

Q.If not in the current Profession, you would be?

I always wanted to be an entrepreneur, so it is difficult for me to imagine myself in any other profession. But, if I have to choose and restart my entire career, I would want to be an athlete, most likely a Sprinter.

Venice - Italy

QAn animal that signifies you & why?

Tiger, because of its confidence, agility and strength.

Q.A Movie Character you most resemble or resonate with?

Choose one from each below :

a) Marvel or DC- Marvell

b) Batman or Superman- Batman

c) Tom or Jerry- Jerry

d) Chacha Chaudhary or Super Commando Dhruv- Chacha Chaudhary

Q.If your life was to be turned into a movie who would you like to play your part?

If anyone ever decides to make a movie on my life, I would prefer myself to play my part. It would be exciting to relive some past moments of my life.

But if I have to choose an actor then I would love Leonardo DiCaprio to play my part. He is someone I really admire. His character Jordan in The Wolf of Wall Street left a lasting impression on me.

Q.Luck or Hard Work, What do you think weighs more in defining a successful Person?

I am not sure what weighs more in defining a successful person, but for me, hard-work is of utmost importance. I believe that good luck cannot sustain without hard-work. The lesser you work hard, the lesser opportunities will come your way.

Q.One best decision you ever made?

The best decision that I ever took was to start my own business in January 2016. I always wanted to be an entrepreneur but found it risky to leave my regular source of income (my 9 to 5 job) and investing all my savings into a new business. Today, when I see TAGG products being accepted in the market, I feel so happy that I took that decision.

Q.A strategy that you always use to take your decisions in Personal or Professional life?

All my decisions (both personal & professional) are taken considering the best and the worst case scenarios that may surface as a consequence of that decision.

Best case possibilities push me more towards taking that decision while worst case possibilities make me think if I will be able to handle the worst situations or not. It helps me to get more prepared and alert. If I gauge that I can take the worst part, then there is no looking back, and I take that decision.

Q.Whose advice do you seek when in a dilemma?

I believe in introspection whenever I am in dilemma. My final decisions are made with a fine balance of what my heart and mind says.

Q.What has been your biggest achievement?

I would say it is yet to come.

Q.One thing that you want to change in yourself?

I want to be more patient as I find it little tough to maintain my calm whenever I am in a difficult situation. The kind of industry and position I am in today requires a lot of calmness. So, yes it would be great if I could inculcate that quality in me.

Q.A line said by your closed one that you never forget?

Stop giving reasons; no one is listening - My father always says.
