As a developing society we battle a lot of issues and mindsets. Social issues that plague our society have always perturbed me and I have devoted myself to a few causes close to my heart as an attempt to make a little difference. If I wasn’t in my current profession, I would be a social activist.

A track that I hum most often is from one of my favourite Raj Kapoor movie Dharam Karam- ‘Ek Din Bik Jayega Maati Ke Mol’
One Book to read when you want to motivate yourselves?
I have been an avid reader and you would often spot me with autobiographies, biographies and spiritual books. My most recent pick that I loved reading was ‘Great By Choice - Jim Collins and Morten T. Hansen’

Luck or Hard Work, What do you think weighs more in defining a successful Person?
While I do believe in luck, I swear by hard work. In my opinion nothing beats the relentless effort that one puts in to achieve ones goals. Perseverance, the never ending zeal to chase your dreams and consistent love for what you do paves way for success. One best decision you ever made?
My choice of career was possibly the best decision I made in my life

Whose advise you seek when in dilemma?
I am all about understanding and listening to my sub-conscious mind. While our conscious mind is powerful, the subconscious mind is even more awe-inspiring! When in dilemma, I listen to my Inner voice which I consider God's own voice or my guiding force.
