I may have been a management guru if not in my current profession!

I really like to hum ‘Space Oddity’ by David Bowie.

One Book to read when you want to motivate yourselves?

I read ‘The Tibetan Book of Living and Dying’ written by Sogyal Rinpoche. "It felt like common sense from start to finish. I guess that's what wisdom is, really."

One Dialogue of a movie that motivates you or you like the most?

If your life was to be turned into a movie who would you like to play your part?

Ed Harris or Clint Eastwood whom I just loved in Gran Torino.

Luck or Hard Work, what do you think weighs more in defining a successful Person?

I think it should be a right mix of both. Luck favors only those who work hard to achieve their dreams.

One best decision you ever made?

I believe, it was to be a part of Netmagic and its dynamic team. I am a very result-oriented professional and found many similar people in the company.

A strategy that you always use to take your decisions in Personal or Professional life?

I believe in trying harder every time I fail at something. It has always helped me despite all odds.

Whose advise you seek when in dilemma?

My Family and Friends, in this order.

What has been your biggest achievement?

I think wherever I have worked, I have always believed in coming up with out-of-the-box ideas. This is something that has helped me provide better solutions to problems at work and avoid unidirectional thinking and having my bunch of buddies.

One thing that you want to change in yourself?


I do not really relax and take time out for myself. Maybe that is something I would want to do more.
