If I wasn’t in the business of businesses, I would love to debut as a singer.

One tune you always hum? 

I especially love old school melodies, one of my all-time favourites is Chalte, Chalte mere geet yaad rakhna by Kishore Kumar. 

One Book to read when you want to motivate yourselves?  

The joy of Leadership by Tal Ben-Shahar is a great read for all.

One Dialogue of a movie that motivates you or you like the most? 

It is a rather popular dialogue on the streets of India – “Success ke peeche mat bhago, kabil bano, kamyabhi sali jhak maar ke peeche ayegi.”

Unquestionably, I firmly believe that hard work and success go hand in hand. 

One best decision you ever made? 

One of my best decisions was to pursue my MBA at IIM – Ahmedabad.

A strategy that you always use to take your decisions in Personal or Professional life

It is as simple as understanding the ‘Why’ – the purpose behind any decision!

Whose advise do you seek when in dilemma? 

My wife and close friends.

What has been your biggest achievement? 

I consider my biggest achievement to be acknowledged and appreciated as an open, transparent and an authentic leader throughout my journey.

One thing that you want to change in yourself? 

My Impatience.
