Luck or Hard Work, What do you think weighs more in defining a successful Person?

Although I believe that luck might play some role in individual’s success. But I am sure that hard work definitely does. Luck might fail, hard work doesn’t because the least that can happen to you when you work hard is that you get to learn … which is the most important part.

A strategy that you always use to take your decisions in Personal or Professional life?

Collaborative and inclusive brainstorming always works for me. For all personal matters, my brother and I along with our family sit together and come to a consensus. Similarly, for Professional decisions, I have a strong team I can bank upon them completely. They have been a pillar to the organization and also have come up with some great ideas while thinking through for our company.

Whose advise you seek when in dilemma?

I seek advice from my brother both personally and professionally. He always makes my decision-making process simpler. And how can I not mention about my beautiful wife, Pihu. She has been a strong hold in my life for more than 15 years!

My Biggest achievement has been the day I made my parents proud, first on my graduation day and then building a company that has sustained some really tough roads and become a success story today.
