Fynd is looking to significantly scale up its recruitment drive across India to cater to its wide range of omnichannel products & solutions. Fynd’s technology-centric approach to seamlessly connect the offline & online retail operations has gained much traction in the past few years. This has opened up many opportunities to create even more smart solutions for retailers.

Ever since Fynd adopted a remote/hybrid work set up across India, they have been open to onboarding exceptional talent from any part of the country. Their entry into cognitive products with GlamAR, EraseBG, Fynd Trak & Fynd Now, has also massively increased the requirement for more engineers to join the team and contribute towards making new aged tech products & solutions.
“We are looking for more than 280 new people & talent can come out of any city or state. We are also looking into opening regional offices across the country with the help of co-working spaces. Giving employees the flexibility to avail the infrastructure & resources of an office or work from home, even after the pandemic is over.” said Nishigandha Shendge, HR Manager at Fynd.
The recruitment process for various positions has already begun. Fynd is looking to grow the size of its existing teams and add new teams to scale up with the growing demand.
