The company plans to hire 100+ highly skilled and process-driven employees from top institutions and organisations to supplement its current team in the coming year. It intends to create and fill more than 100 new positions during this time period. These positions will primarily serve departments and teams such as project, sales, design and architecture.
Experion Developers will prioritise recruiting for key roles associated with project management and execution at the site level in accordance with its growth strategy. Planning, quantity surveying, quality control, billing, execution, safety management, and other responsibilities are included.

In the coming months, the company intends to target campuses such as the Indian Institute of Foreign Trade (IIFT), Narsee Monjee Institute of Management Studies (NMIMS) for MBA Graduates, the Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) Mumbai, the National Institute of Technology (NIT) Trichy, the National Institute of Construction Management and Research (NICMAR) for B. Tech, and the School of Planning and Architecture (SPA) for B. Arch.
